"The Observation Tower in Jurmala" is located within the Dzintaru Park in Jurmala, Latvia. The 38-meter tall structure is enclosed with an open-air cage allowing screened views of the encompassing nature reserve.

Designed by ARHIS Architects, Following the Jurmala City council's decision, the designed observation tower for the Ragakapa Park in 2004/2005 was moved to a new location -the Dzintaru Mezaparks- and built in the year 2010. Taking into consideration that both locations were different, some changes of color and dimensions were made.

The height of the tower is 36,5m and the upper platform guarantees the view over the sea, the city of Jurmala and even the towers and high buildings of Riga. The structure of the observation tower is made of galvanized metal profiles, pine wood trusses treated with protective coats and industrial produced metallic grids which help the integration with the surrounding environment.
