The Grand Salon restaurant : the pride of the Hilton Paris Opéra hotel.. Built in 1889 for the Universal Exhibition, it was once called Le Grand Hôtel Terminus as it was the first hotel near a railway station. Indeed, at the time of its inauguration, the hotel was directly connected to the Saint-Lazare station by an elevated footbridge.
