Fallen (2016)
The Fallen book series isn't a gleaming example of meticulous writing so I expect the movie adaptation to be full of constraints and lacking of focus as well.. And my guess didn't fall far off. Fallen translated to a messy mishmash of practical effects and CGI. The transitions are weak, while the general editing is awful and haphazard. The muddled plot, dull heroine, and limp love story.
