Really really cool!! my piercer gave it to me, but it's just a curved barbell with spikes on the bottom! you could probably just either get two sets (one with spikes) and replace the ends, or just buy the spikes individually, idk :) Awesome setup!

From what i could gather a huge plus is that the fangs wont cause any tooth damage and/ ore gum erosion bc they are not on the inside of the mouth. A con could be that these are bassically surface piercings so they are more prone to migration. zedrocke • 1 yr. ago

the technical name for angel fangs is "vertical philtrums" / a couple other names 😵💫 but the two "common" ones are angel fangs & vertical philtrums (the healing jewelry would be a curved barbell with two balls. only once healed, bottom could be spikes/cones. // prob could get spikes on the bottom if you asked v nicely but, you're going to be pierced with longer jewelry than you'll be.
